Where is my order? Check your tracking number via the link we sent you at dispatch. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days (West Malaysia) and 5–8 business days (East Malaysia).

Can I change my order? Order changes can be made within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been packed. Contact us immediately via Instagram DM or Whatsapp.

What sizes are available? All available sizes are listed on each product page. We follow standard US ring sizing. Refer to our size guide for help.

How do I return an item? Please read our Return & Refund Policy before contacting us. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

Do you ship internationally?

We accept international orders on a case-by-case basis. International shipping rates vary depending on your country, order weight, and courier availability and are not calculated automatically at checkout.
